WELCOME

Karen was born and raised in Dryden, ON and grew up surrounded with accounting as her father had an accounting practice during their time in Dryden, ON. Karen started working for her father at a young age and has learned a lot from the bottom up. After obtaining her Bachelor of Administration degree at Lakehead University in 1994, she started working in a local public accounting office here in Thunder Bay. After taking some time off to build her family she found another local accounting office to work in. It was at this point that Karen decided to finish her courses and obtain her Certified General Accountant designation in 2009. Karen continued to further her education and has now been designated as a Chartered Professional Accountant since 2011.

Karen is married with three grown children and one son-in-law. She enjoys spending time outside during the summer months and hopes to do some travelling in the future.
